Solara Reappoints Internal and Cost Auditors for FY27

Solara Active Pharma Sciences' Board reappointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2026–27.
The Board also reappointed Mr. M K. Suryanarayanan as Cost Auditors for the same financial year.
Appointments were approved at the Board meeting held on May 15, 2026, under SEBI Listing Regulations.
