Solenco Infra Withdraws Solarcraft Insolvency Petition

NCLT Chandigarh allows withdrawal of insolvency petition CP(IB) No. 47/Chd/Hry/2026 filed by Solenco Infra against Solarcraft Power.
Petitioner Solenco Infra sought withdrawal under Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 citing a settlement reached between the parties.
The main petition under Section 9 of IBC 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of by the tribunal.
The applicant did not press for liberty to revive the petition in case of a breach of settlement terms.
