South Eastern Coalfields SLP Dismissed Supreme Court

The Supreme Court dismissed South Eastern Coalfields Limited’s Special Leave Petition challenging the High Court’s 22‑09‑2025 judgment favoring MS Kaytin Transport.
The Court also condoned the delay in filing the petition and declined to interfere with the impugned order under Article 136.
Interlocutory applications for condonation of delay and exemption from filing copy of the impugned judgment were disposed of.
