The guarantors provided security for loans to Veeteejay Motors and Veeteejay Mobikes, which were declared NPAs in September 2023.
Resolution Professional Jasin Jose appointed to examine the application and submit a report by 13 July 2026.
An interim moratorium under Section 96 IBC commences, staying all legal actions against the guarantors' debts.
