- License Agreement dated November 05, 2019 with CMS Bridging DMCC (CMS) has been mutually terminated by the parties on June 25, 2026
- Purpose of the original License Agreement was to develop and commercialize multiple pharmaceutical products (XelprosTM, ElepsiaTM, TaclantisTM, PDP-716, SDN-037) in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan
- Company confirms there is no material impact on its financial position, operations or other activities due to the termination
- No shareholding exists in CMS Bridging DMCC
- None of the parties are related to promoter/promoter group/group companies in any manner
- The transaction does not fall within related party transactions
- Disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024
