SPIC Signs PR Agreement with Fortuna Public Relations

Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd. (SPIC) entered a PR consultancy agreement with Fortuna Public Relations Private Limited, New Delhi.
The agreement, effective 1st April 2026, covers media relations, mass communications, and corporate image building for two years till 31st March 2028.
Disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, with no related party or shareholding nexus between the parties.
