SREI Equipment Finance Ltd filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court against respondent T Rajappa.
The Court condoned a delay in filing procedural documents and issued an immediate notice to the respondent.
The matter has been listed for the next hearing on 7th May 2026 for further proceedings.
