Srei Multiple Asset Investment Trust files an interlocutory application with NCLAT to condone a 55-day delay in refiling its appeal memo.
The delay was caused by the need to rectify, recompile documents and obtain signatures from an authorized signatory located outside Delhi.
NCLAT Registrar notes the appeal was refiled 54 days late and directs the case be listed before the bench for admission with defects.
