SRF Wins CESTAT Appeal Quashing ₹36.9 Lakh GST Penalty

SRF Limited received a favorable order from CESTAT, Delhi, quashing a GST and central excise penalty of ₹36.86 lakh.
The appeal was against an order from the Assistant Commissioner, CGST & Cex, Division-II, Gwalior, which imposed the penalty.
The appellate tribunal ruled that the demand against the company could not be sustained, allowing SRF's appeal.
