Srija Solutions Pvt Ltd filed an insolvency petition under Section 9 of IBC against SRK Constructions And Projects Pvt Ltd.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench issued notice to the respondent and adjourned the matter for proof of service.
