Details of the Cancelled Meeting

The Board of Directors meeting that was scheduled to be held on Friday, 05th June, 2026, has been cancelled. The purpose of this meeting was the consideration and approval of the Audited standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.

Reason for Cancellation

The meeting was cancelled due to the non-availability of the Statutory Auditor.

Reference to Previous Communications

The cancellation references two prior intimations sent to the exchange:

• An Intimation of Board Meeting dated 25th May, 2026.
• A Board Meeting Intimation for Postponement of Board Meeting dated 30th May, 2026.

Forward Plan

The company will inform the stock exchange of a revised date for the Board Meeting. This will be done in accordance with the prescribed timelines under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
