Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petition filed by St. Mary's Higher Secondary School against State of Tamil Nadu on 19 May 2026.
Court, comprising Justices J.K. Maheshwari and Atul S. Chandurkar, ordered condonation of filing delay in the petition.
The petitioners were granted exemption from filing an official translation, and a notice was to be issued within six weeks.
