Standard Capital Markets issues corrigendum to correct erroneous NCD redemption disclosure submitted on March 30, 2026.
Actual March 30 redemption was 25 NCDs worth ₹2.5 crore, not 123 NCDs worth ₹12.3 crore as previously reported.
Corrected post-redemption NCD balance is 979 instruments, revising earlier reported figure of 881 NCDs.
Disclosure made under SEBI Listing Regulations to rectify inadvertent double-counting of 98 NCDs redeemed in February.
