The company has submitted an application to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited seeking withdrawal of the reclassification application filed in respect of Promoter Group entities. This action follows previous intimations dated September 11, 2026 (SHAI/B&S/SE/107/2026-27) and September 16, 2026 (SHAI/B&S/SE/112/2026-27) regarding the withdrawal of reclassification application.
