NCLT Ahmedabad adjourns State Bank of India's insolvency proceeding against Paresh Dayalii Patel to June 3, 2026.
The adjournment was granted due to a sick note filed by the respondent's advocate, Mr. Nikunt Raval.
The case is being heard under Section 121(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
