State Bank of India Personal Guarantor Insolvency Proceeding

State Bank of India initiated Section 95 IBC proceedings against Mr. Manish Mahendrabhai Patel, personal guarantor for Keya Buildtech LLP.
The Insolvency Resolution Professional filed a report under Section 99 IBC via IA No. 545 of 2026.
The matter was adjourned to 04.05.2026 for the personal guarantor to file reply/objection to the IRP's report.
