NCLT New Delhi lists insolvency petition filed by State Bank of India against Rashmi Saxena under Section 95(1) of IBC.
The matter has been re-notified for a hybrid hearing on 29th June 2026.
The order was delivered on 5th May 2026 by a special bench with Justice Jyotsna Sharma presiding.
