The Supreme Court heard petitions for special leave to appeal filed by the State of Madhya Pradesh against R.K Transport and Construction Ltd. and others.
The Court ordered to tag these petitions with another special leave petition involving M.P. State Mining Corporation and Vista Sales Pvt Ltd.
Any existing interim orders were directed to continue operating until the next hearing date.
