Subramanya Constructions SLPs Dismissed as Withdrawn

Supreme Court dismissed Subramanya Constructions' Special Leave Petitions as withdrawn on 15 May 2026, after petitioner opted for statutory remedy.
The petition arose from an impugned High Court judgment dated 28 April 2026 in WP No. 22479/2024 issued.
Counsel for the petitioner, led by senior advocate Siddhartha Dave, submitted withdrawal and the court recorded the submission.
The court noted petitioner may still seek interim relief under the statutory remedy, preserving liberty for further relief.
