Cut-off Date
The cut-off date for determining shareholders without registered email addresses was August 21, 2026 (Friday), which was the Benpos Date for dispatch of notice.
KYC Compliance Reminder
The notice includes a reminder to shareholders to update KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024. The circular mandates that physical security holders must update PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature, and choice of nomination. While email ID registration is optional, shareholders are encouraged to register it to avail online services.
Payment Restrictions
Effective April 1, 2024, shareholders holding securities in physical mode whose folios do not have the required KYC details updated will only be eligible for payments (dividend, interest, or redemption) through electronic mode.
