Ms. Jiya Gangwani, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has been designated as the Chief Compliance Officer for a further period of five (5) years with effect from October 01, 2026.
The designation was approved by the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution passed on September 25, 2026.
The appointment is based on recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Her current tenure as Chief Compliance Officer was concluding on September 30, 2026.

Ms. Jiya Gangwani has been working in the Company for over 12 years.
She is presently looking after the overall compliances under Corporate Laws.
She specializes in the stringent regulatory ecosystem of listed entities.
She is an expert in navigating SEBI Regulations and managing and ensuring Corporate Governance.
