Sunbeam Dealers CIRP Initiated for Rs 17.54 Crore Default

NCLT admits Bank of India's Section 7 IBC petition against Sunbeam Dealers Pvt Ltd for a default of Rs 17.54 crore as of 17.10.2025.
The corporate debtor's loan account was classified as an NPA on 30.04.2018, with the default deemed within limitation due to a DRT Recovery Certificate.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Agarwal is appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional, and a moratorium under Section 14 of the IBC is declared immediately.
The Financial Creditor is directed to pay Rs 3 lakh to the IRP for initial CIRP costs, to be adjusted against final payments.
