The demand comprises tax of ₹79,038, interest of ₹29,584, and a late fee of ₹600 for the financial year 2023-2024.
The company stated there is no material financial or operational impact and will make the payment for the demand.
The notice was issued based on an Assessment Completion Order citing ineligible ITC claims from defaulters and credit notes.
