Supreme Court heard petition for special leave to appeal (SLP) filed by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority against Supertech Precast Technologies.
The matter was listed for further hearing on 23 November 2026 after the court granted exemption from filing certain documents.
Counsel for petitioner included senior advocates Ravindra Kumar and Binay Kumar Das, while respondent was represented by Shagufa Salim.
