The Supreme Court heard a stay application in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 716 of 2025 filed by IREO Grace Realtch Pvt. Ltd. against the State of Haryana and others.
The court noted that settlement talks between the parties are currently ongoing and consequently listed the matter for further hearing on 24 April 2026.
The court ordered that the interim order shall continue to operate until the next date of hearing, which is scheduled for 24 April 2026.
