Joint Forum of Medical Technologists of India filed a public interest litigation (W.P. No. 983/2023) against the Union of India.
The matter was heard on 11 May 2026 before Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta of the Supreme Court.
Counsel submitted a letter from Mr. Kunal Chatterji, leading the Court to adjourn the proceedings for two weeks.
