The Supreme Court of India heard a special leave petition filed by STRACON INDIA LTD against Cheran Holdings and others.
The court condoned a delay in filing, issued notice to an unserved respondent, and listed the matter after four weeks.
The court also ordered the continuation of the interim order until the next hearing date.
