Order Details
1. Delay in filing the interlocutory applications is condoned.
2. Regarding the security amount previously directed:
- 50 % of the amount shall continue to be given as security.
- The remaining 50 % is modified to 25 % of the original amount, to be deposited before the Executing Court within three weeks from the date of this order.
3. The Court clarifies that this order shall not impede the Commercial Court from taking up and disposing of the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act as expeditiously as possible.
