Supreme Court Admits Hind Polyfabs' SLP Against West Bengal

The Supreme Court admitted Hind Polyfabs' Special Leave Petition against a Calcutta High Court order and issued notice to the State of West Bengal.
The court condoned the delay in filing the SLP and granted exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned judgment.
The court also directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner, Hind Polyfabs.
