Supreme Court heard Petition No.2075/2021 filed by MamtaJ & Ors challenging a Karnataka High Court judgment against New India Assurance.
Justices Sanjay Karol and Augustine George Masih granted special leave, allowing the appeal as recorded in the signed order.
The Court also ordered that any pending applications be disposed of, concluding the proceedings on 2 April 2026 in the matter.
