Supreme Court Allows Delay Condonation, Restores Civil Appeal

The Supreme Court allowed two applications: one for condonation of delay and another for restoration of a civil appeal.
The Court condoned the delay in filing the restoration application and restored Civil Appeal Diary No. 23213/2024.
The order was passed by Justice Alok Aradhe in chamber, restoring the appeal to its original number.
