Supreme Court Allows Substituted Service in BEL vs. Schmid Telecom

The Supreme Court allowed substituted service of the arbitration petition by Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) on M/s Schmid Telecom, Zurich, and adjourned the hearing to 25 May 2026.
The court permitted the petitioner, BEL, to serve the respondent, M/s Schmid Telecom, through substituted service in the arbitration case.
The arbitration petition (No. 29 of 2025) between BEL and Schmid Telecom will be heard next on 25 May 2026.
