Supreme Court Allows Withdrawal of Unregistered SLP

The Supreme Court allowed the withdrawal of an unregistered Special Leave Petition (SLP) in the case of Nagendra Adiveppa Balikai vs. M/s Khan Fasteners.
The withdrawal was permitted in terms of a letter dated 23.03.2026, and the matter was listed for admission before the Registrar Court.
The court directed that a copy of the proceedings be furnished to the concerned advocate-on-record for compliance.
