The Court, after hearing counsel and reviewing the material, found it just and proper to allow the arbitration petitions.
The Court noted the arbitration clause (Clause 7.4 of the Consulting Agreement and Clause 8.1 of the Share Subscription Agreement) designates a sole arbitrator seated in Mumbai, India.
