Supreme Court heard arbitration petition between Jatavath Exports and Indo Asian Food Trading on 21 May 2026.
Court, comprising Chief Justice and Justices Bagchi and Pancholi, ordered condonation of delay in refiling the petition.
The order also directed issuance of notice to be returned by 20 July 2026.
