Supreme Court Condones Delay for K. Rasiklal Exim

Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petition (Civil) 11710/2026 filed by the Income Tax Commissioner against K. Rasiklal Exim Pvt Ltd.
The Court noted the High Court order is under challenge in SLP (C) Diary No. 65405/2025, now pending as Civil Appeal No.14783/2025.
Delay in filing IA Nos. 135360/2026 and 135361/2026 was condoned, leave granted, and a notice to be issued within four weeks.
The order also directs tagging the matter with Civil Appeal No.14783/2025 and directs issuance of notice within the stipulated period.
