Supreme Court Deletes KENCES Constructions from Appeal

Supreme Court heard petition for special leave to appeal (Ashish Vyas v. C. Elumali) arising from Madras High Court judgment dated 15‑10‑2024.
Court previously ordered that resolution applicant KENCES Constructions Pvt Ltd be impleaded; now CIRP concluded with liquidation, so applicant no longer interested.
Accordingly, the Court directed deletion of KENCES Constructions Pvt Ltd from parties and filing of amended memo of parties.
Matter scheduled for further hearing on 19‑05‑2026 (High on Board).
