Supreme Court disposes of appeals against NCLAT's interim order, directing an expedited hearing.
NCLAT Chennai is requested to commence hearing the appeals on 27th April 2026.
Both parties are restrained from taking any precipitative action until NCLAT passes further orders.
All points on the merits of the case are kept open for the NCLAT to decide.
