Supreme Court Directs Filing of Spare Copy in Transfer Petition

The Supreme Court of India, Registrar Court, heard a transfer petition (Civil) No. 674 of 2026 between M/S Ruloi Tea Trading Pvt. Ltd. and M/S Shyam Enterprises on 02-04-2026.
The court directed the petitioner's counsel to file a requisite spare copy for the sole respondent by 09.04.2026, failing which the matter will be processed for listing before the Judge-in-Chambers.
If the spare copy is filed, the court will issue notice immediately and list the matter again on 28.04.2026 before the same court.
