Order Details
1. The Court expressed the opinion that the dispute should first be attempted to resolve amicably through mediation, noting that both parties had responded favourably to the suggestion.
2. The Court requested Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhushan, former Judge of this Court and former Chairman of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, to act as the mediator.
3. The parties were directed to get in touch with the learned Mediator and appear before him on a day suitable to the Mediator; the fee and other terms payable to the Mediator shall be fixed in consultation with the Mediator.
4. A copy of this order shall be forwarded to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhushan.
