The bench noted the High Court’s 10‑04‑2026 judgment left arbitration issues, including Arlex Chemi’s status under the agreement, to the tribunal.
Justices Sanjay Kumar and K. Vinod Chandran found no ground to interfere and consequently dismissed the Special Leave Petition.
The Court also ordered any pending applications to stand disposed of, closing all remaining procedural matters.
