The Supreme Court dismissed Bramha Corp's special leave petition, upholding the Bombay High Court's judgment in a dispute with Bramha Sun City Platinum Cooperative Housing Society.
The Court, comprising Justices Dipankar Datta and Satish Chandra Sharma, declined to interfere with the impugned High Court order.
All pending applications related to the special leave petition were also disposed of by the Supreme Court.
