Supreme Court Dismisses Customs Appeals by ITC

Supreme Court condoned filing delay and dismissed the Principal Commissioner of Customs' appeals against ITC Limited.
The Court noted CESTAT relied on its earlier decision in Viraj Profiles Ltd. case, which the Supreme Court upheld on 01‑04‑2024.
All pending applications, if any, were ordered to stand disposed of.
