Supreme Court Dismisses Daulat Agro Insolvency Appeals

Supreme Court rejected Sanjay Deshmukh’s challenge, affirming the NCLAT order dated 2 Mar 2026 in Daulat Agro’s ongoing insolvency appeals.
The two‑judge bench ordered dismissal of the appeals and directed that any pending applications be deemed disposed of.
The dispute was filed by Sanjay Deshmukh, director of Daulat Agro (India) Pvt Ltd, against the RP and other respondents.
