Supreme Court dismissed two applications seeking an early hearing in civil appeals involving Dhruv Construction and a housing society.
The order was issued by a bench comprising the Chief Justice and Justices Bagchi and Pancholi on April 10, 2026.
Counsel for both appellants and respondents were present during the hearing of the applications.
The court found no merit in the applications for early hearing and dismissed them accordingly.
