Supreme Court Dismisses Gill's IndusInd Bank Transfer Petition

Supreme Court dismissed Gulab Singh Gill's criminal transfer petition against IndusInd Bank under NI Act provisions.
The petition sought transfer of a case but was declined based on Section 142(2)(a) of Negotiable Instruments Act.
All pending interim applications in the matter were disposed of following the dismissal order.
The order was passed by Justices Manoj Misra and Manmohan after hearing both parties' counsel.
