Supreme Court condoned filing delay and dismissed four civil appeals by the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Port) Kolkata against ITC Ltd.
The dismissal upholds CESTAT’s final orders dated 03 July 2025 in customs appeal numbers 75639/2021, 75929/2025, 75930/2025 and 75931/2025.
All pending applications, including IA No. 123265/2026 and IA No. 123270/2026, were ordered to stand disposed of.
No monetary penalties or further directives were imposed on ITC Ltd.
