Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed by Jalgaon Municipal Corporation against Atlanta Infrastructure Limited.
The Court declined to interfere with the Bombay High Court's order dated 24th November 2025.
The petition was dismissed under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
