Supreme Court Dismisses Jindal Public School's Curative Petition

The Supreme Court dismissed a curative petition filed by Jindal Public School against the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, citing the parameters set in the Rupa Ashok Hurra case.
The Court, in a circulation hearing, found no grounds to entertain the curative petition and dismissed it.
All pending interlocutory applications were also disposed of as a result of the dismissal.
