The Supreme Court dismissed curative petitions filed by M/s Jawaharlal Nehru Journalists Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Society Limited.
The dismissal was based on the court's opinion that the petitions did not meet the legal parameters established in the Rupa Ashok Hurra case precedent.
All pending interlocutory applications related to these petitions were also disposed of as a result of this order.
